1. How do I make a payment?
Paypal
You can make direct transfer to us via your Paypal account.
(If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set-up one with Paypal free of charge)

Credit Card
All credit card payments will be processed via Paypal. 
As Paypal will handle the transaction, your credit card information will not be revealed to us.
(You do not need a Paypal account for this payment option)


2. Which currency do you accept?
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
Kindly contact us if you would like to make payment by another currency



3. Will I be notified after you receive the payment for my order?
Yes, we will notify you of the receipt of payment, together with the shipping details through email.


SHIPPING
1. What are the shipping options?

2. How long will it take to receive my orders?
- For Singapore: approx. 2-3 working days  (Courier : 1-2 days)
- For Overseas : depends on the country you reside in (we will give you full details after payment is received)


3. How soon do you send out my order?
We will send out your order the next working day after full payment is received, unless items are out of stock.
In this case, you can choose to wait or cancel your order. Full refund will be given if order is cancelled due to this reason.

RETURN / EXCHANGE
1. Can I ask for a refund / exchange if I do not like the item?
As a reseller, we are not responsible for any dissatisfaction of the size, color, material used for the product, therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer any refund / exchange due to this reason.
We will try our best to provide full description of the products, however, if you need more information, you can contact us at anytime.


2. What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
We will make sure that the items are at their best condition before sending out all orders.
In case of damaged goods, kindly contact us immediately and we will make appropriate arrangements to the problem. 

Please be advised that as we will not be liable for lost packages, we highly recommend that you choose Registered Post or Local Courier Delivery to safeguard your order.
